These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Goldlive Indonesia, Gandem Pro, Immersive Event and Content, and Mattel, Inc., and their affiliate entities ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the website www.worldofbarbiejakarta.com as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site"). You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Site from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of these Terms and Conditions, and you expressly waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms and Conditions to stay informed of any updates relevant to your use of the Site. You will be subject to and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted the changes in any revised Terms and Conditions by your continued use of the Site after the date such revised Terms are posted.

The information provided on the Site is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country. Accordingly, those persons who choose to access the Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

The Site is intended for users who are at least thirteen (13) years of age. All users who are minors in the jurisdiction in which they reside (generally under the age of 18) must have the permission of, and be directly supervised by, their parent or guardian to use the Site. If you are a minor, you must have your parent or guardian read and agree to these Terms of Use prior to you using the Site.

If you wish to purchase any admission fee, product, media, or service made available through the Site ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information (if applicable).

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete. By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons, including but not limited to the event, product, or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order, or other reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected. The Site is not designed to provide qualitative advice regarding the fitness for purpose and merchantability of any products or services. We strongly advise you to exercise caution and do your own due diligence in conducting any transactions through the Site.

We are constantly updating our offerings of products and services on the Site. The products or services available on our Site may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information on the Site and in our advertising on other websites. We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including event locations, event times, event duration, prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice. The Content is provided without warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property, and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of the Indonesia, foreign jurisdictions, and international conventions. The Content and the Marks are provided on the Site "AS IS" for your information and personal, non-commercial use only. Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use, no part of the Site and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.

Provided that you are eligible to use the Site, you are granted a limited license to access and use the Site and to download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to which you have properly gained access solely for your personal, non-commercial use. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you in and to the Site, Content, and the Marks.

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary; (3) you have the legal capacity, and you agree to comply with these Terms of Use; (4) you are not under the age of thirteen (13); (5) you will not access the Site through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script or otherwise; (6) you will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and (7) your use of the Site will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Site (or any portion thereof).

You may be required to register with the Site. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

• Visitors with a minimum height of 100cm are required to have an admission ticket. Those below the minimum height are granted free entry and do not need to purchase a ticket.
• Proof of the minimum height requirement may be verified upon entry at the entrance area.
• For everyone's comfort and safety, children visiting World of Barbie must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult.

• Tickets can only be purchased through the website worldofbarbiejakarta.com. Tickets are only for admission to the World of Barbie Exhibition.
• Ticket prices include a 10% Regional Entertainment Tax. For VIP ticket holders, the ticket also includes official World of Barbie merchandise. Please note that VIP guests will not be able to choose specific merchandise items.
• All ticket prices exclude a 5% Administration Fee and any additional charges.
• Each transaction can purchase a maximum of 8 (eight) tickets, each with the same personal data.
• 1 (one) ticket is valid for 1 (one) Ticket Holder for 1 (one) entry to the event location.
• For General Admission ticket holders: Please arrive on time according to the entry time slot selected during your ticket purchase. Kindly note that late arrivals will not be permitted to enter the World of Barbie: Dreams Made Here area.
• For VIP ticket holders: VIP ticket holders are welcome to attend on the selected date of their ticket and may choose any preferred entry time slot on that day. Should you arrive later than your chosen session, you will still be granted access to the World of Barbie: Dreams Made Here area, as long as your visit remains on the same day.
• Your Ticket/s are sold by the Promoters directly to the consumer. Any tickets purchased by businesses or traders in breach of the Terms & Conditions of ticket sale will be canceled. By accepting these terms and conditions you confirm that you are a consumer.
• Tickets may not be used for any commercial purposes including, but not limited to, giveaways, competitions, or contests. Any sale or use of tickets in violation of this condition may result in cancellation without refund and the ticket holder being denied entry to the event. The organizer is not responsible if your ticket is lost, stolen, or used by another individual.
• All ticket sales are final. Tickets that have been sold cannot be exchanged and unable to be cashed out.
• Tickets cannot be transferred for any reason.
• The purchaser hereby agrees to release the Organizer from legal claims through the courts or any means permitted by law in the event of cancellation of an Exhibition that was made unilaterally by the government or other causes beyond the capacity and will of the Organizer.
• If the event is canceled, the ticket will be refunded according to the terms of the Organizer. Other fees such as platform service fees and surcharges charged to credit card purchasers are not included in the ticket price to be refunded.
• The Organizer reserves the right to prohibit visitors from entering the venue World of Barbie if they do not have a valid ticket.
• The Organizer is entitled to remove the audience from the event venue if it is deemed necessary for safety, for the convenience of other audiences, and to ensure the integrity of the event.
• In certain circumstances, some areas within the venue World of Barbie may become restricted.
• The Organizers and event staff are not liable for any compensation and/or cancellation charges for travel expenses resulting from the event being canceled or postponed.
• Event attendees who are behaving in a disorderly, offensive, or inappropriate manner and guests who refuse to obey instructions/warnings from event staff will be removed from the Event immediately. No refunds will be given.
• Any attempt to enter the event without a valid ticket or valid credentials will result in immediate removal from the event grounds. In certain cases, we will contact the police and press charges against the violators.
• The Organizers and event staff cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged possessions or accidents resulting in injury occurring anywhere in the venue World of Barbie during the event regardless of fault or reason.
• The Organizer will refuse entry to guests who are severely intoxicated and clearly affected by drugs. Anyone found carrying these items will be reported to the police immediately. No refunds will be given. Guests found to possess illegal substances, weapons, and/or other prohibited items will also be refused entry.
• The Organizer will not use or disclose guests' personal information collected at the time of ticket purchase without consent.
• Event attendees who are removed or exit from the venue World of Barbie for any reason will be banned from entering the event.
• For security reasons, the Organizer has the right to postpone, cancel, or stop the event; temporarily detain Event Attendee at the location until the event ends; evacuate some or all Event Attendees from the location and also refuse to give access to Event Attendees to enter the event location even though they have a valid entry ticket, without any compensation to the Event Attendee.
• The Organizer reserves the right to change or add other conditions to the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
• The exhibition is intended to be a friendly and enjoyable event.
